We are so excited to be back to taking care of you in our Student Clinic beginning June 8th. We have made some changes in the clinic that will help us move forward with social distancing. We have a new beautiful space that we are operating in and we are excited to share it with you.

Due to the increased cost of Covid-19 sanitation procedures and competitive pricing we will now be charging $35 for 50 min sessions and $70 for 100 min sessions.

To help decrease the spread we will be implementing the following procedures:

1. Call the school when you arrive for your session. At that time we will do an “over the phone” intake and ask specific Covid questions per the Salt Lake Valley Health Department.

2. If your student therapist is ready when you call, we will have you come in for your appointment. If the student therapist is not ready, we are asking that you remain in your vehicle until we are ready for you to come in. We will call you when we are ready for you to come in the building.

3. We will take a temperature check at the front desk when you enter the building. You will be required to wear a mask at all times. If you do not feel comfortable with these procedures, unfortunately we will not be able to serve you at this time. This is REQUIRED by the Salt Lake Valley Health Department.

4. At this time for everyone’s safety we will not be accepting cash payments. You can add a credit card to your account for easy fast pay, or we can run it before, during or after your session to decrease the amount of people at the front desk. In an effort to limit contact we will be providing students with envelopes for tips. They will be in the student’s booth. Please bring exact change for tip as we will not have any cash on campus. Please be aware tips cannot be added to your credit card.

5. At this time we have disabled our online booking option. You will need to call in to book your appointment Starting May 26th, 2020. We look forward to hearing from you.
